  1. Interesting

So this new coach that Castagna hired at Rye – he raved about her credentials and what she has done with the program at Brewster. But yet, how many players that she had coached and “developed” made it on the empire team? None. Last I heard, the Brewster team might be a no go this year because almost everyone quit after this past season – what a way to leave a program. I guess her new “techniques” and “style” will be to chase everyone away from the program. Rye sure is lucky to get someone like that. Good job Castagna, Shine, and the board of education!

    Interesting –

Before you start bashing the new coach, why don’t you give this individual a chance.

It is difficult enough, having to follow a successful coach like Kevin Kelly, the coach does not need anonymous fans bad-mouthing them.

Seems you have to play for a particular school in order to make the team! Watched the tryouts and most other girls were relegated to the background.
