Sectional seeding meeting for Classes A & B Tuesday

The sectional seeding meeting for Classes A and B will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday at Southern Westchester BOCES. The Class C seeding meeting is scheduled for Friday, at the same site and time.

I spoke to Section 1 coordinator and Pelham coach Sue Hughes tonight and she verified that Class A and Class B first-round games will be held Thursday-Friday. The quarterfinals are scheduled for Saturday and Monday; the semifinals will go on Wednesday and the finals will be at Lakeland Saturday, Nov. 1. The Class A final is slated for 3 p.m. with the Class B game going at 7 p.m.

The Class C tournament will kick off Tuesday, 10/28, with the semis Thursday, 10/30, and the title game scheduled for 5 p.m. Saturday at Lakeland.

As soon as I receive the seedings and matchups Tuesday, I will post them on the blog.
