Here are the scores from the games played earlier today. (Also, I should know shortly which game i’ll be covering next week. I believe it will be a matchup between Rockland schools)
Harrison 9, Valhalla 0: At Valhalla, Michelle DeLeo had three goals, and Kaitlyn Talibon and Grace Manning each had two goals. Kaitlyn Gotte had a goal and four asists.
Mamaroneck 9, Ursuline 0: At Mamaroneck, Rachel Brissette had two goals and an assist. Sarah Axelrad scored twice. Teammate Hannah Fitzgerald had a goal and four assists. Lisa Stephanz made a save for the Tigers. Nicole Cercone made 17 saves for the Koalas.
Sleepy Hollow 1, Hastings 1: At Sleepy Hollow Tuesday, Jamie Volte scored a goal on an assist from Lizzy Brady and Maya Bauer-Mofhi made eight saves for the Headless Horsemen. Ashley Bannon scored a goal on an assist from Lucy Sedky and Kim Oelkers made four saves for the Yellow Jackets in the draw.
Panas 3, Kennedy 0: At Panas, Siobhan Lenihan had two goals and Alexis Rosa had a goal. Dawn Bruzzese and Amanda Santos combined for three saves in the shutout.
Hackley 5, Brearley 0: At Hackley, Allie Coppola had a goal and an assist. Alley Longo (two saves) and Kathryn Harmon combined to make three saves.
Lakeland 8, John Jay 0: At John Jay, Stephanie Scala had two goals and two assists, and Molly Fitzpatrick had two goals. Lindsay Effron had a goal for the Indians, assisted by Molly O’Reilly.
Ossining 4, Pleasantville 0: at Pleasantville, Molly Malone had three goals and one assist. Samantha Tighe scored one goal.
Yorktown 4, Somers 1: At Yorktown, Nicole Quigley scored twice. Kara Starkey had a goal and two assists. Carolyn Jocelyn scored for the Tuskers.
Carmel 3, North Salem 0: At Carmel, Cassie Schuttrumpf, Gabby Avellanada and Megan O’Brien notched goals. Carmel did not allow a shot on goal and North Salem’s Cecelia Diehl made 11 saves.
Fox Lane 4, Croton 2: Lauren Raue (2), Nicole Johnston and Danielle Corsi all scored for Fox Lane. Keely Connors made nine saves for the Foxes. Dani Douglas assisted on both of Margaret Livingston’s goals for Croton.
Arlington 3, Brewster 1: Heather Leo assisted on a Payton Montague goal. Ava Faitakes made 20 saves for Brewster.
