Earlier today I covered the Pearl River at Clarkstown North match that ended in a 1-1 tie. I’ll have some more news and notes from the game in another blog post.

Clarkstown North 1, Pearl River 1: At Clarkstown North, Dynell Clement scored for C.N. and Courtney Ocasal notched a goal for Pearl River.
Bronxville 1, Horace Greeley 0: At Horace Greeley, Bailey Wood scored a goal off of an assist from Charlotte Reynolds and the Broncos allowed just one shot on goal. Olivia Harris made 15 saves for the Quakers.
Holy Child 2, Hackley 1, OT: At Hackley, the Gryphons won after an overtime and two rounds of five penalty strokes per team. Victoria Rapillo scored the first goal of the game after time had elapsed in the first half for the Gryphons. Gianna D’Alessio equalized the game just under two minutes into the second half. Maggie Evans made eight saves in goal for the win. Kathryn Harmon made four saves for the Hornets.
Mamaroneck 9, White Plains 0: At Mamaroneck, Karen Seid scored three goals to lead the Tigers, who improve to 4-0. Kayla Robinson added two goals and three assists. Hannah Fitzgerald, Sarah Axelrad, Rachelle Brissette and Elle Seid also scored. Mamaroneck allowed one shot on goal and White Plains goalie Zoe Shannon made seven saves.
Canterbury 5, Rye Country Day 1: At Canterbury, Charlotte Cooper notched a goal and Emma Santucci made four saves for Rye Country Day.
